I am so backwards. It is spring and I am baking autumnal recipes.
In honor of my finishing the Harry Potter series for the umpteenth time, I decided to make sweet pumpkin ice cream.
(The witch who pushes the trolley on the Hogwarts Express serves pumpkin sweets)
Then I started craving molasses crinkle cookies.
Alone the two are nothing but together they are AWESOME.
I introduce molasses crinkle pumpkin ice cream sandwiches!
